At the centre of the opening exhibition of the Malkastenforum, the new building of the Malkasten artists' association, is a journey back in time to Düsseldorf 35 years ago. On display are portraits of young artists from the 1980s, Düsseldorf buildings and interiors from Düsseldorf apartments. Works from the d.o.pe. series and sketches will create a link to today.
