Inspired by the work of John Heartfield and Russian propaganda posters of the 1920s and 30s, he developed Posters—collaged from existing image material. He consciously relied on collaging, although by 1996 it was already an anachronistic practice, but did so by means of modern image generating technology, namely digital image processing on a computer.
